INNOVA RepairSolutionsPRO® APP
Introduction
The RepairSolutionsPRO® (RSPRO®) app by Innova is a groundbreaking advancement in diagnostic and repair support. This app offers the ultimate solution for management of diagnostic reports retrieved from the Smart Diagnostic System (SDS) tools. This app simplifies the hassle of managing and searching for reports. This article will provide you with an overview of the amazing benefits that the RSPRO® app offers.
Register an Account & Pair SDS Tool
Get started by setting up an account and registering your SDS tool with the RSPRO® app.
Step 1: Download the RSPRO® app from ®&gl=US&pli=1">Google Play or the ®/id1244995218">App Store. Open the RSPRO® app and tap Don’t have an account? Sign up to create a new account. (If you already have an account, proceed to Step 4).
Step 2: Enter the required information (e.g. Email Address, Password, First Name, and Last Name, etc.) and select the checkbox to agree with the Terms and Privacy Policy. Then tap Create Account.
Step 3: Enter the confirmation code sent to your email then tap Verify Email.
Step 4: The app returns to the Sign In screen. Enter the Email Address and Password you just registered, then tap Sign In.
Step 5: Follow the steps to set up a successful connection and tap Continue.
Step 6: Tap your tool, then tap Continue to pair your SDS tool via Bluetooth. Next, connect the SDS tool to Wi-Fi.
NOTE: This is a one-time setup. Once the tool has been registered and an account set up, the SDS tool is able to access the most comprehensive automotive repair database – with real-world verified fixes as well as repair tips offered by ASE Master Technicians.
Functions
Registering an account with RepairSolutionsPRO® enables additional features with your diagnostic tool:
1. Submit Report
For vehicle inspection reports, the data is sent to the cloud as soon as the report is created.
For OBD II reports, you can submit data by selecting Fix for DTCs on the Innova SDS43 or Tap for Details on the Innova SDS50.
NOTE: If the tool is not connected to Wi-Fi, you can always submit your report later in the Previous Vehicle.
2. Search Reports
Even with a large number of reports, finding a specific one is easy. The RSPRO® app categorizes reports into All, Diagnostic, OBD II, Customer, and Collision with a filter to look up by Vehicle Info, Date and Time, Customer Name, Pre or Post, and includes a search toolbar.
3. View Reports
Each report includes all the diagnostic information from your SDS tool including OBD II Diagnostic, Scan All Systems, Vehicle Inspection, and MIL DTC Diagnostic Info. Additionally, the RSPRO® app provides other useful information such as TSB Recalls, Scheduled Maintenance, Predicted Failure, Warranty Status, as well as Fix for DTCs and Repair Tips.
You can put a pre- and post-report side-by-side for an accurate view of a vehicle's condition before and after repair. Don’t forget to enter or correct customer information before printing or sharing the report with them.
4. Email & Share Reports
You can easily email or share reports to your customers. Simply delete the reports that are no longer needed.
5. Support

7. Workshop Tools
Access Workshop Tools to use new functions such as Secure Gateway Access.
NOTE: Workshop Tools is only accessible after the app has been paired with a compatible tool.
